Natori Sports Bra

Women who fall in an “average” size range can sometimes feel left out. After all, one of the meanings of “average” is “without distinction,” when in fact these women are quite distinctive. That’s why so many so-called “average” women choose a Natori sports bra for their athletic endeavors.

The Natori Sports Bra was featured on the TV show “The Doctors” during an episode devoted to discussing breast health. The program performed an intense series of tests on athletic bras of all brands, subjecting them to stresses from running, bouncing and other endeavors. The Natori Sports Bra exceeded all expectations for fit, comfort and support needed in an athletic bra.

There’s Nothing ‘Average’ About A Natori Sports Bra

The features of a Natori Sports bra make it easy to see why the brand would out-perform so many other popular brands. The bra’s two-way cotton/spandex stretch gives consistent support in any activity. The bra design uses encapsulation styling, which separates the breasts and compression to provide additional control and support.

The cups are given extra support through hidden panels and covered underwires. Everything that is made from elastic in the Natori sports bra is covered in soft polyester-cotton fabric to avoid chafing. The wide shoulder straps are centered on the cups, with adjustments in back. The bra’s leotard back and the hook-and-eye closure help the bra fit well and stay put during strenuous activity. Finally the Natori Sports Bra is designed so that all hardware is kept away from the skin to avoid irritation.

These features prove that the Natori Sports Bra meets the highest standards for a quality athletic bra. Its design is intended to minimize breast movement at the same time it provides strong support and comfort. These are the features that women should consider top priority when choosing an athletic bra such as the Natori Sports Bra, which is available in sizes 34B to 40DDD.

Speaking of sizes, did you know that 8 out 10 women in America wear the wrong size bra? That’s getting a proper bra fitting the first step toward choosing an athletic bra.

To fit a bra properly, get someone to take your measurements for you. A woman should be measured just under her bust for the size of the band. Put on your best-fitting, non-padded bra, and then exhale all the air from your lungs before being measured. If you get an even number, add 4 inches to get your band size. If you get an odd number, add 5 inches to get your band size.

Next, measure across the fullest part of your breasts. This is known as the “bust size.” Now subtract the band measurement from the bust measurement to determine your cub size. In general, each inch of difference means an increase of one cup size, usually shown on a conversion chart. For instance, if your band measurement is 36 inches and your fullest measurement is 40, then your bra size would be 36D.

Unfortunately, this system doesn’t work as well for plus-sized women. It will, however, put any women into a range for a well-fitting athletic bra.
